This recipe is a tasty, healthy option for dessert. It has all the goodness of yogurt disguised as chocolate mousse. It also has less sugar than commercial flavoured yogurt.
- 1 cup plain, low fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp sugar or sugar substitute
Directions:
- Combine all 4 ingredients together and stir until smooth. You may eat immediately or refrigerate for 2 hours to allow it to “lighten” up to a mousse consistency.
