This super easy recipe makes a great snack while still providing almost 100% of your daily vitamin C requirement. Make this recipe just prior to eating, as it doesn’t store well.
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning salt
- Wash and dry kale in a salad spinner. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Brush with oil and top with spices.
- Bake for 10-15 min at 350 degrees.
