Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

Home-made salad dressings are easy to make and transform your salad from ordinary to gourmet in seconds. This is one of my favourite dressings. It stores well in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

    • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
    • 2 tsp canola oil
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp dijon mustard
    • 1 garlic clove, minced

    1. Puree all ingredients together with a hand blender and serve.

    Makes 4 servings.
