Kale Chips
This super easy recipe makes a great snack while still providing almost 100% of your daily vitamin C requirement. My kids love these, so they’re a staple around the house. Make this recipe just prior to eating, as it doesn’t store well.

  1. Wash and dry kale in a salad spinner. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Brush with oil and top with spices.
  2. Bake for 10-15 min at 350 degrees.
