These fries are higher in fiber than traditional potato fries, low in fat, and an excellent source of Vitamin A.

Instructions
  1. Peel yams. Cut into strips.
  2. Add oil and spices to a bowl. Add yams and toss well.
  3. Arrange in single layer in baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until golden brown, turning after 15 minutes.
