I originally created this recipe for Udi’s Gluten-Free. It’s one of my favourite ways to use up leftover turkey or chicken.
Ingredients
- 4 tortillas small
- 2 cups leftover turkey or chicken
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 cup broccoli slaw
- 2 sweet peppers sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 tbsp hot wing sauce
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing optional
Servings:
Instructions
- Layer each tortilla with turkey, vegetables, and sauces. Enjoy cold or heated in oven for approximately 15 min at 400 degrees.
