I created this meatball recipe for Udi’s Gluten-Free to be served on a hoagie. But obviously, it can be served on noodles, wraps, or pizza crust.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except tomato sauce. Roll into 1 inch balls and flatten. Use a small cookie cutter to shape meat mixture into a fun design. Place on baking sheet and cook for approximately 30 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Top with sauce.
