Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup dried fruit
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup wheat bran
- 3/4 cup skim milk powder can substitute vegan protein powder if desired
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup nut butter
Servings:
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together. Then mix in peanut butter and honey.
- Press mixture into pan. Chill and cut into bars. Store in fridge or freezer.
