Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup wheat bran
  • 3/4 cup skim milk powder can substitute vegan protein powder if desired
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup nut butter
Servings:
Instructions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together. Then mix in peanut butter and honey.
  2. Press mixture into pan. Chill and cut into bars. Store in fridge or freezer.
