Ingredients
- 2 medium yams unpeeled
- 1 tsp camelina oil or olive oil
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- pepper to taste

Instructions
- Peel yams. Cut into strips.
- Add oil and spices to a bowl. Add yams and toss well.
- Arrange in single layer in baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until golden brown, turning after 15 minutes.
