Ingredients
  • 2 medium yams unpeeled
  • 1 tsp camelina oil or olive oil
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Peel yams. Cut into strips.
  2. Add oil and spices to a bowl. Add yams and toss well.
  3. Arrange in single layer in baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until golden brown, turning after 15 minutes.
