This recipe was adapted from Mama Natural. Since I often serve it to my kids, I wanted to up the protein, calcium, and vitamin D content.
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch salt
