Chocolate Pudding

This recipe was adapted from Mama Natural. Since I often serve it to my kids, I wanted to up the protein, calcium, and vitamin D content.

Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch salt

Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together. Refrigerate before serving.
