Ingredients
  • 1 cup wheat bran
  • 1.5 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries or any other dried or frozen fruit
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup milk dairy, almond or soy
  • 1 tbsp oil such as camelina
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 bananas ripe, mashed

Instructions
  1. Combine the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients, including the ripe bananas. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, mixing only until combined. Be careful not to over stir.
  2. Bake for 15 min at 400 degrees.
