Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat bran
- 1.5 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries or any other dried or frozen fruit
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup milk dairy, almond or soy
- 1 tbsp oil such as camelina
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 bananas ripe, mashed

Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients, including the ripe bananas. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, mixing only until combined. Be careful not to over stir.
- Bake for 15 min at 400 degrees.
